Mille Maglia was an automobile race during the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. This race started in Brescia, went to Rome and returned to Brescia. The main feature is that it was an endurance race that passed just a few meters from Italian homes, so the crowd could see their idols passing by from very close.
That closeness is what we try to give to our cuisine, which by collecting the best of Italian cuisine has created a menu of that simple but rich food, embodied in the salumeria and cheese.
